This type consists of a heating chamber and a material chamber. The main components include a heating system, a ventilation and dehumidification system, temperature and humidity control, and dual-sided hot air. It can use coal, natural gas, electric heating, or air energy heating. With a drying capacity of 300 to 8000 kg/h, it is mainly used in industrial applications and is suitable for drying vegetables, fruits, meat products, tobacco, leather, grains, textiles, fertilizers, paper, hardware, industrial goods, chemicals, sludge, and more.



Full Stainless Steel Electric Dryer
This machine works on the principle of hot air circulation. It is made of high-quality stainless steel, which makes it resistant to corrosion, high temperatures, and wear. Each batch can handle 60 to 480 kg of material. These drying boxes are suitable for production lines of different scales and capacities, helping customers achieve efficient and consistent drying results.

How to Use a Squid Drying Room?
Raw Material Preparation
Choose fresh squid, remove viscera and impurities, and wash thoroughly. According to needs, the squid can be sliced, shredded, or dried whole.
Tray Loading
Place the prepared squid evenly on stainless steel drying trays or racks. Avoid overlapping to ensure uniform drying.
Temperature & Humidity Control
- Initial stage (40–50℃): Low temperature for dehumidification. Prevents surface shrinkage that causes “dry outside, wet inside.”
- Middle stage (55–65℃): Gradually increase temperature. Accelerates moisture evaporation while maintaining hot air circulation.
- Final stage (65–75℃): High temperature shaping. Squid turns golden or light brown, with moisture content reduced to about 15%.
Cooling and Storage
After drying, remove the squid and let it cool naturally at room temperature. Once cooled, it can be packed for storage or distribution.
