Wash the ginger and slice it

Put it onto the tray
Place the cleaned and sliced ginger slices on the tray, paying attention to the even space between the two slices of ginger, not overlapping.
Drying
The drying of ginger slices roughly goes through three stages: drying, dehumidification, and constant temperature drying.
(1) The temperature is set at 70°C, and the time is 2 hours. This stage is mainly dry.
(2) The temperature is set at 60°C for 18 hours, mainly for drying and dehumidification.
(3) The temperature is set to 65°C, and the time is set to 7 hours. It will stop automatically after drying. Don’t take it out in a hurry, but put it in the drying room to return to temperature.
