Working Principle of the Hot Air Circulation Drying Room
It uses a high-temperature circulating fan to force hot air—heated by electric heating tubes or a steam heat exchanger—to circulate inside the chamber. The circulating hot air fully contacts the material, carrying away moisture from its surface. The dehumidification and exhaust system then discharges the moist air, and the drying process continues until the material reaches the preset drying standard.

The structure of the drying oven
The equipment is composed of a box, a hot air circulation system, a heating system, an electrical control system, a dehumidification system, a drying trolley, and drying trays etc.

Main box
The box is an integral structure, and the fan and control cabinet are in the upper right corner of the box. The appearance is made of stainless steel plates and is precisely polished. The whole set of equipment has a beautiful appearance, reliable structure, no deformation, and is especially easy to clean. The insulation layer of the box body is made of basalt insulation cotton, which has the advantages of little influence on the ambient temperature of the workshop during work, good heat insulation effect, low heat loss, energy-saving and lower consumption.
Heating system
The heating method adopts electricity, steam, natural gas, and multiple heating methods. The element adopts a stainless steel fin heat exchanger, which has fast heat transfer and a superheats exchange area, which improves the working efficiency of the whole machine and prolongs the use time of the equipment.
Hot air circulation system
In order to increase the number and air volume of hot air circulation in the box, and to improve the uniformity of the temperature in the box, two circulating fans are installed on the right side of the box. The fan adopts a dynamic balance process to ensure high-speed rotation without jitter and noise. All corners in the box adopt a circular arc structure, which can not only prevent the hot air from forming dead corners but also increase the air volume.
Dehumidification system
A 0.37kw dehumidification fan is installed at the air outlet, and the start and stop are controlled by a temperature control meter and a time relay. The damper opens automatically when the wet fan is turned on and closes automatically when it stops.
Electrical control system
The temperature adopts PID automatic control, an automatic alarm for over-temperature, and stops heating at the same time. All low-voltage electrical components are of well-known brands. The complete set of electrical control systems has a high degree of accuracy, stable working performance, concise and intuitive operability, and long service life, which provides a favorable guarantee for the normal production of users.
Trolley and baking tray
Equipped with a stainless steel trolley, according to the standard size of 710 × 950 × 1390 (mm), 12 layers, the trolley is equipped with high-temperature resistance and corrosion-resistant nylon wheels. Each trolley has the characteristics of firm structure, flexible operation, beautiful appearance, and easy cleaning. Each car is equipped with 48 stainless steel trays. The unified specifications of the trays are 460×640×45 (mm). They are formed by one-time stamping, with a beautiful appearance, no sharp angles, and high strength.
