An Horno de secado eléctrico is a device that uses the principle of hot air circulation to dry materials. It is made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance, high temperature tolerance, and strong durability.

The SL-C series drying oven features an axial fan and an automatic constant-temperature control system, achieving over 95% thermal efficiency. It uses convective heat transfer to warm the air. Fresh air is continuously supplied through the air intake, while moist exhaust air is removed by a dehumidification system. This constant renewal of fresh air and removal of moisture maintains the optimal relative humidity inside the chamber. A key feature of this series is the partial recirculation of hot air within a fully enclosed system, which enhances heat transfer and saves energy.

Shuliy offers five different models of electric drying ovens to meet a variety of drying needs. Each model is thoughtfully designed with a wide loading capacity, handling between 60 kg y 480 kg of material per batch. These ovens are suitable for production lines of different scales and output levels, helping customers achieve efficient and consistent drying results.

Working Principle of the Hot Air Circulation Drying Room

It uses a high-temperature circulating fan to force hot air—heated by electric heating tubes or a steam heat exchanger—to circulate inside the chamber. The circulating hot air fully contacts the material, carrying away moisture from its surface. The dehumidification and exhaust system then discharges the moist air, and the drying process continues until the material reaches the preset drying standard.

The equipment is composed of a box, a hot air circulation system, a heating system, an electrical control system, a dehumidification system, a drying trolley, and drying trays etc.

The box is an integral structure, and the fan and control cabinet are in the upper right corner of the box. The appearance is made of acero inoxidable placas y está pulido con precisión. The heating method adopts electricity, steam, natural gas, and multiple heating methods. The element adoptsa stainless steel fin heat exchanger, which has fast heat transfer and a superheats exchange area, which improves the working efficiency of the whole machine and prolongs the use time of the equipment.

Para aumentar la cantidad y el volumen de circulación de aire caliente en la caja y mejorar la uniformidad de la temperatura en la caja, se instalan dos ventiladores de circulación en el lado derecho de la caja. El ventilador adopta un proceso de equilibrio dinámico para garantizar una rotación de alta velocidad sin vibraciones ni ruidos. Todas las esquinas de la caja adoptan una estructura de arco circular, que no solo puede evitar que el aire caliente forme rincones muertos sino que también aumenta el volumen de aire.

Sistema de deshumidificación

Se instala un ventilador deshumidificador de 0,37 kw en la salida de aire y el arranque y la parada se controlan mediante un medidor de control de temperatura y un relé de tiempo. La compuerta se abre automáticamente cuando se enciende el ventilador húmedo y se cierra automáticamente cuando se detiene.
