Grain drying technology is a key technology in the modern agricultural production process. The application of this technology can not only effectively improve the efficiency of grain drying, but also reduce the loss of grain mildew caused by severe weather, ensure the safety of grain storage, and improve the quality and profit of grain farmers. Our \u7a40\u7269\u4e7e\u71e5\u6a5f<\/a> has comprehensive functions and strong adaptability. It can simultaneously dry corn, rice, rapeseed, soybean, mung bean, sorghum, and other grain crops and economic crops. Moreover, this dryer can be operated continuously or intermittently, and the moisture content of the raw materials and the drying time can be adjusted. \u8981\u63d0\u9ad8\u8c37\u7269\u70d8\u4e7e\u6a5f\u7684\u7522\u91cf\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5148\u4e86\u89e3\u8a2d\u5099\u3002\u4e0d\u50c5\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u8c37\u7269\u70d8\u4e7e\u6a5f\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u8207\u904b\u884c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u5404\u90e8\u4ef6\u7684\u914d\u4ef6\u53ca\u5176\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u9019\u6a23\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u77e5\u9053\u7522\u91cf\u53d7\u54ea\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u8abf\u6574\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u70d8\u4e7e\u7522\u91cf\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9084\u9700\u8003\u616e\u4e00\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5982\u70d8\u4e7e\u6a5f\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u7684\u5408\u7406\u6027\u3001\u71c3\u6599\u8cea\u91cf\u662f\u5426\u5f71\u97ff\u70d8\u4e7e\u54c1\u8cea\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8a2d\u5099\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u627f\u8f09\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u6211\u5c07\u544a\u8a34\u4f60\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u9ad8\u8c37\u7269\u70d8\u4e7e\u6a5f\u7684\u7522\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. \u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8c37\u7269\u70d8\u4e7e\u6a5f\u4e2d\u5b89\u88dd\u63d0\u5347\u88dd\u7f6e\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u7269\u6599\u8207\u9ad8\u6eab\u53ca\u71b1\u98a8\u63a5\u89f8\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u63d0\u5347\u904e\u7a0b\u4e0d\u61c9\u904e\u65bc\u983b\u7e41\u3002\u5426\u5247\uff0c\u5c0f\u578b\u7269\u6599\u6703\u88ab\u98a8\u5e36\u8d70\u3002\u61c9\u6ce8\u610f\u63a7\u5236\u63d0\u5347\u88dd\u7f6e\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u983b\u7387\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u7269\u6599\u7684\u70d8\u4e7e\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u63d0\u9ad8\u70d8\u4e7e\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f7f\u70d8\u4e7e\u904e\u7a0b\u66f4\u5fb9\u5e95\u3002<\/li>

  4. Increase the flue gas temperature and convection velocity. We all know that if water evaporates faster, the most common method is to increase the temperature. However, the temperature of the flue gas must be operated within a certain range, because the grain dryer itself and the material have a certain high-temperature resistance type. We can’t damage the material or grain dryers just because we are in a hurry.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
