class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-factors-affecting-wood-drying\">\u5f71\u97ff\u6728\u6750\u4e7e\u71e5\u7684\u56e0\u7d20<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u6728\u6750\u6eab\u6fd5\u5ea6\uff1a\u5728\u6728\u6750\u4e7e\u71e5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u9010\u6b65\u6539\u8b8a\u6728\u6750\u4e7e\u71e5\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u8207\u6fd5\u5ea6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6728\u6750\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6eab\u6fd5\u5dee\u904e\u5927\uff0c\u4e7e\u71e5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6728\u6750\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u640d\u3002\u6eab\u6fd5\u5ea6\u6e2c\u91cf\u5100\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u5be6\u6642\u76e3\u6e2c\u6728\u6750\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u7531\u667a\u6167\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u6ac3\u4e2d\u8abf\u6574\u52a0\u71b1\u8207\u9664\u6fd5\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u72c0\u614b\u3002<\/li><li>\u6728\u6750\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\uff1a\u4e0d\u540c\u7522\u54c1\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u3002\u6211\u5011\u63a1\u7528\u96fb\u963b\u5f0f\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u8a08\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u6e2c\u91cf\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u9650\u5236\u8207\u504f\u5dee\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u6728\u6750\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u8868\u73fe\u63d0\u4f9b\u6280\u8853\u4fdd\u8b49\u3002<\/li><li>\u4e7e\u71e5\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4e7e\u71e5\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e5f\u6703\u5c0d\u6210\u54c1\u6728\u6750\u7522\u751f\u4e00\u5b9a\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u50b3\u7d71\u5929\u7136\u4e7e\u71e5\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u6728\u6750\u4e0d\u53ef\u9006\u7684\u6536\u7e2e\u8207\u5f4e\u66f2\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u4e0d\u540c\u6728\u6750\u548c\u6728\u6750\u7528\u9014\u9078\u64c7\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4e7e\u71e5\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e5f\u662f\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-process-of-wood-drying-lumber\">\u6728\u6750\u4e7e\u71e5\u904e\u7a0b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6728\u6750\u4e2d\u7684\u6c34\u5206\u4e3b\u8981\u5206\u70ba\u81ea\u7531\u6c34\u8207\u7d50\u5408\u6c34\u3002\u81ea\u7531\u6c34\u7684\u589e\u6e1b\u53ea\u5f71\u97ff\u6728\u6750\u91cd\u91cf\uff1b\u4f46\u7d50\u5408\u6c34\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u4e0d\u50c5\u6703\u4f7f\u6728\u6750\u6536\u7e2e\u8207\u81a8\u8139\uff0c\u9084\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u7269\u7406\u8207\u6a5f\u68b0\u6027\u8cea\u3002\u6728\u6750\u4e2d\u7684\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u6703\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u97ff\u6728\u88fd\u54c1\u662f\u5426\u958b\u88c2\u8207\u8b8a\u5f62\u3002\u4e7e\u71e5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9700\u53bb\u9664\u7684\u662f\u6240\u6709\u81ea\u7531\u6c34\u8207\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7d50\u5408\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Low-temperature preheating:<\/strong> Preheating refers to slowly increasing the temperature of the wood to a certain temperature before drying, so that the temperature of the core layer and the surface layer of the wood tends to be consistent. It will provide conditions for the wood to enter the drying stage. The heating speed should not be too fast, it depends on the type, thickness and moisture content of the wood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Drying stage:<\/strong> The drying stage is divided into uniform drying treatment and deceleration drying treatment. When the wood moisture is above the fiber saturation point, the temperature, humidity and wind speed are under certain conditions, the free water in the wood will move to the surface and evaporate from the surface of the wood. At this time, the evaporation of water is basically carried out at a uniform speed, which is a uniform drying stage. When the free water has evaporated, the bound water starts to move and evaporate. With the continuous decrease of bound water, more and more energy is needed to evaporate water, and the rate of decrease of moisture content will be slowed down. Therefore, when the wood moisture is below the fiber saturation point, it is the decelerating drying stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Final equilibrium treatment:<\/strong> When the wood reaches the final moisture content requirement, the wood needs to have a balanced treatment. It can further reduce the moisture content gradient of the wood along the thickness direction so that the stress generated during the drying process of the wood can be eliminated and reduced. The purpose of the balance treatment is to keep the temperature and humidity of the final environment consistent with the moisture content of the final product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cooling stage:<\/strong> When the final moisture content of the wood reaches the requirement and after the balance treatment, in order to avoid the damage of the wood caused by the rapid drop in temperature. The wood should finally go through a cooling process at an appropriate speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tips-about-wood-kiln-dryer\">\u6728\u6750\u7aaf\u4e7e\u71e5\u6a5f\u5c0f\u8cbc\u58eb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8981\u4ee5\u53ef\u63a7\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e7e\u71e5\u6728\u6750\u7684\u6728\u6750\u4e7e\u71e5\u8a2d\u5099\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5177\u5099\u4e09\u500b\u57fa\u672c\u529f\u80fd\uff1a\u52a0\u71b1\u3001\u6fd5\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\u8207\u901a\u98a8\u3002\u52a0\u71b1\u662f\u6700\u57fa\u672c\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u8abf\u6574\u6fd5\u5ea6\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u67d0\u4e9b\u968e\u6bb5\u6240\u9700\u7684\u9ad8\u6fd5\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u6728\u6750\u958b\u88c2\u8207\u8b8a\u5f62\u3002\u901a\u98a8\u88dd\u7f6e\u5fc5\u9808\u78ba\u4fdd\u6fd5\u71b1\u7a7a\u6c23\u5747\u52fb\u5730\u901a\u904e\u6728\u5806\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e7e\u71e5\u6728\u6750\u4e2d\u7684\u6c34\u5206\u5206\u5e03\u5747\u52fb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the temperature is not high, for example, the temperature is below 54\u00b0C, moisture can&#8217;t be removed from the wood effectively if the moisture content is below 15%.&nbsp;Generally, it needs to raise the drying temperature to 71\u00b0C or above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e7e\u71e5\u6ac3\u61c9\u5177\u9694\u71b1\u6027\u53ca\u6297\u6f0f\u6c23\u6027\u3002\u5728\u9694\u71b1\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6ac3\u9ad4\u7d50\u69cb\u61c9\u5177\u6709\u8f03\u5c0f\u7684\u71b1\u5bb9\u91cf\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u71b1\u640d\u5931\uff0c\u7b49\u65bc\u6216\u5c0f\u65bc\u71b1\u7684\u6a5f\u68b0\u7b49\u50f9\u91cf\uff1b\u71b1\u6cf5\u4e7e\u71e5\u6ac3\u4e2d\u4e0d\u5b89\u88dd\u52a0\u6fd5\u88dd\u7f6e\u3002\u5982\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u6ea2\u51fa\uff0c\u8aaa\u660e\u4e7e\u71e5\u689d\u4ef6\u5f88\u96e3\u6539\u8b8a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6ac3\u9ad4\u61c9\u5177\u826f\u597d\u6c23\u5bc6\u6027\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4fdd\u6301\u6ac3\u5167\u6c23\u6d41\u7a69\u5b9a\u3002\u82e5\u98a8\u901f\u4fdd\u6301\u57281\u7c73\/\u79d2\u5247\u6700\u4f73\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4e7e\u71e5\u6a5f\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u4e7e\u71e5\u5e38\u898b\u6728\u6750\uff0c\u5982\u69ed\u6728\u3001\u6a61\u6728\u3001\u6953\u6728\u3001\u677e\u6728\u7b49\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u4e7e\u71e5\u5176\u4ed6\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5982\u4eba\u9020\u6728\u6750\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
