On November 22, 2025, the hookah charcoal drying machine for our Sierra Leone customer was successfully shipped.<\/p>

This case shows how the customer chose to work with Shuliy to build a 10-trolley hookah charcoal drying room due to the low efficiency and instability of traditional sun-drying. Shuliy customized a firewood-and-coal heating system based on the local voltage and the customer\u2019s production needs. The new system helps achieve efficient, stable, and controllable drying, greatly improving product quality and output.<\/p>

Customer Background<\/h2>

The customer is from Sierra Leone and mainly produces and exports hookah charcoal and other charcoal products. Due to the long rainy season and high humidity in the region, traditional outdoor drying cannot ensure proper dryness. This often leads to uneven drying, mold, moisture return, and unstable production cycles.<\/p>

To increase output, improve product quality, and meet higher export standards, the customer decided to purchase industrial drying equipment.<\/p>
