The process of chrysanthemum drying
The drying process mainly include four phases
- Fas 1: Först, förvärm torkskåpet till 35-40°C, lägg i färsk krysantemum i skåpet, och håll sedan temperaturen vid 40°C i 4-6 timmar medan fukten avlägsnas mer effektivt.
- Fas 2: Höj temperaturen i skåpet gradvis från 41 till 48°C inom 5-7 timmar. Se till att temperaturen inte överstiger 50°C medan fukten avlägsnas i samma takt. Efter 9-13 timmar av låg till medelhög torrning och kraftig fuktavlägsning blir krysantemumet halvtorrt.
- Fas 3: Håll 50-54°C i skåpet i 2-4 timmar medan fukten avlägsnas långsammare för att hjälpa till att höja temperaturen. Efter denna fas är 80 % av vattnet i krysantemumet borttaget.
- Fas 4: Temperaturen ska vara 55-65°C i torkrummet, och inte över 70°C i 2-4 timmar, medan fuktavlägsningen ska saktas ner ordentligt. Med denna procedur avbryt torken enligt krysantemumets färg.
