  • On-Sale services: You can send your sample materials to us and we will test the machine for you without charging the fees. And we can send the machine test video to you. We also warmly welcome you to visit our factory to test our machine. We can accompany you to look around the factory, explain the manufacturing process of our machines and check the working performance of our machine.
  • After-Sale Services: Training how to install the machine, training how to use the machine. Engineers available to service machinery overseas. Any problems that occur while using, professional advice will be offered. All kinds of frequently used parts are supplied all year-round. All products purchased in our company are guaranteed to keep in good repair for one year. If quality problems happen in guarantee period, our company will maintain for free. Additionally, our company provides technical support and fittings for life. After-sales service isn’t restricted by time and we will solve your problems in time.   • Guarantee: The quality guarantee term is for one year. Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Packing and Delivery

  1. Machines worden eerst in plasticfolie gewikkeld voordat ze worden verpakt, om vocht op zee te voorkomen.
  2. De machines worden in een stevige stalen behuizing/houten kist geplaatst, die vrij is van fumigatie, met metalen draad indien nodig.
  3. Voordat we de machine verzenden, testen en afstellen we deze, zodat u het direct kunt gebruiken wanneer u het ontvangt.
  4. Bedieningsvideo & instructie worden naar klanten gestuurd om hen te helpen de machines beter te gebruiken.
