Therefore, the chili dryer is welcomed by more and more people.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proses pengeringan lada<\/h2>    <p>Pengeringan lada merangkumi proses seperti pemetikan lada segar, pengangkutan, dan penyimpanan, pra-pemprosesan sebelum pemprosesan, pengeringan, pemetikan, pembungkusan, dan penyimpanan. Terdapat dua kaedah pengeringan tradisional untuk cili. Satu ialah mengikatnya secara manual satu per satu, dan kemudian digantung di atas api arang untuk pengeringan. Yang lain ialah sinaran matahari. Lada yang kering dengan dua kaedah pengeringan tradisional ini mempunyai kualiti yang kurang baik, cakupan putih lebih banyak, dan tenaga kerja yang tinggi. Secara khusus, ketinggian susunan tidak boleh melebihi 1m. Masa penyusunan tidak mudah melebihi 36 jam.<\/li><li>Buang barang kecil seperti tangkai lada, daun, debu, dsb. melalui pra-pemprosesan<\/li><li>Semasa proses pengeringan dengan <a href=\"https:\/\/dryingplant.com\/ms\/chili-powder-drying-machine\/\">peralatan pengeringan lada<\/a>| ketebalan paving dan suhu pengeringan harus dipilih mengikut keperluan teknologi pemprosesan. Kandungan kelembapan lada kering harus memenuhi keperluan penyimpanan.<\/li><li>Tentukan kandungan lembapan lada kering melalui perubahan suhu pengeringan, ketebalan lantai, masa pengeringan, dan parameter lain dalam proses pengeringan pengering lada. Pada masa yang sama, perubahan warna penampilan dan keselamatan buah lada diperhatikan.<\/li><li>Pemeriksaan terpilih mesti dijalankan selepas tempoh pemulihan lembapan semula jadi lada kering.
