S'il est utilis\u00e9 directement, cela peut affecter l'efficacit\u00e9 du traitement ult\u00e9rieur et la qualit\u00e9 du produit. <\/p>    <p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le calcaire est une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re importante pour la fabrication de ciment, de poudre de chaux et d'autres mat\u00e9riaux de construction, les s\u00e9choirs rotatifs sont largement utilis\u00e9s pour son processus de s\u00e9chage. Pour assurer une alimentation fluide, le tuyau d'alimentation est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plac\u00e9 \u00e0 un angle l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l'angle naturel de repose du calcaire, permettant une entr\u00e9e continue et un mouvement vers l'avant \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du tambour.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9chage \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du tambour<\/h3>    <p>Le tambour rotatif est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inclin\u00e9 et tourne lentement. Sous l'action de la rotation et des plaques de levage internes, le calcaire continue de tournoyer et de se m\u00e9langer. Pendant le s\u00e9chage, la chaleur est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e au calcaire soit par le flux d'air chaud direct, soit par la paroi chauff\u00e9e du tambour, provoquant l'\u00e9vaporation rapide de l'humidit\u00e9 de surface.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9change de chaleur avec l'air chaud<\/h3>    <p>L'air chaud dans le s\u00e9choir entre en contact complet avec le calcaire en tumescence, emportant l'humidit\u00e9. En ajustant la vitesse du tambour, l'inclinaison et la temp\u00e9rature de l'air chaud, diff\u00e9rentes capacit\u00e9s et niveaux de s\u00e9chage peuvent \u00eatre atteints.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9charge apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage<\/h3>    <p>Apr\u00e8s avoir tourn\u00e9 et chauff\u00e9 pendant une p\u00e9riode d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, le calcaire atteint le niveau
