Pour continuer \u00e0 s\u00e9cher les piments, il est recommand\u00e9 de r\u00e9gler la temp\u00e9rature de s\u00e9chage \u00e0 58 degr\u00e9s Celsius. La dur\u00e9e est de 2 heures.<\/li>    <li>Refroidir et emballer.
